Before he died, my Papa gave me his collection of National Geographic magazines, dating back to the 1920’s.

The pieces in this series are based off photographs found in those iconic magazines. In depicting small, everyday moments lived by a wide array of people from different times and places, my goal is to create a sense of connection and empathy.
